What it is
Bio Balance is a synbiotic gut complex combining five live bacterial strains with Chicory Inulin prebiotic fibre. Formulated for daily use by women 30+.
Ingredients
Live Bacteria Blend (10 billion CFU): Saccharomyces Boulardii (2bn CFU), Lactobacillus Rhamnosus (2bn CFU), Lactobacillus Acidophilus (2bn CFU), Lactobacillus Reuteri (2bn CFU), Bifidobacteria Bifidum (2bn CFU). Chicory Inulin / FOS (100mg). Bulking Agent: Brown Rice Flour. Capsule Shell: Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Gellan Gum.
How to take
One capsule daily on an empty stomach with water. Do not take with hot drinks or food. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Suitable for
Vegetarians and vegans. Not recommended during pregnancy or if under medical supervision without consulting a healthcare practitioner first.
