Founding story
From ten pills a day to two.
In my early 30s, I started to feel like a stranger in my own body. Bloated. Depleted. Skin that felt dry and dull in ways I couldn't explain. My GP prescribed medication. It didn't work for me.
So I started researching. Reading studies, forums, ingredient lists, trying to piece together what my body actually needed.
What followed was a supplement routine that, at its peak, had me taking over ten different pills a day. One for probiotics. One for collagen. One for biotin. Another for hyaluronic acid. Each one addressing a single thing. Most needed to be taken with food, which meant mornings before work were out. Some days I forgot entirely. After months of trying, I wasn't seeing results. The pills felt like they were working against each other rather than together.
I didn't need more supplements. I needed fewer, better ones, designed to work together, not compete.

That's how Bio Balance and Radiance were born. Not from a gap in the market spotted on a spreadsheet, but from lived experience, and the frustration of a system that wasn't designed with women like us in mind.
